She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ripplinger and Mary Ripplinger (Meier); her spouse Hubert Gerads; her children, Bob Gerads and Wendy Gerads; and her siblings, Michael Ripplinger, Helen Ripplinger, Alois Ripplinger, Joe Ripplinger, Paul Ripplinger, Julia Shabel, Frank Ripplinger, Leo Ripplinger, Barbara Schurman and Kathryn Kortenbush.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Paulbeck (Greg) of Nisswa, MN, Joyce Applequist (Dale) of Cologne, MN, Julian Gerads (Helen) of Mesquite, NV, Janice Erdrich of Sartell, MN, Joanne Maloney of Saginaw, TX, Barbara Oemcke (Mike) and Marc Gerads (Geri) of Azle, TX; her siblings, Bernice Skwira (Ernie) of Holdingford, MN, Alvina Mader of New Munich, MN, Mary Kostreba and Jim Ripplinger (Erma); and her sister-in-law Lucille Ripplinger. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren.
