He was predeceased by: his wife Dora Nass; his siblings, Viola (Keith Heidemann), Lucille (Mel Augustine), Lois (Dave Schewe), Delrose (Dwayne Thoreson) and Jim Grundmeyer; his brother-in-law Wayne Hawker; and his parents, Theodore Grundmeyer and Amanda Grundmeyer (Fluegge).
He is survived by: his son Kelly (Lisa); his sister Ruth Hawker; his sister-in-law Diane Grundmeyer; his grandchildren, Jon, Rachel and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Alice and Violet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
