He is survived by: his father David Cook, II (DeeAnna) of Alexandria; his fiancée Michelle King of Lakeshore; his son Grayson Cook; his mother Sue Cook (Keith) of Sartell; his siblings, Zach Cook (BreAnna) of Alexandria and Megan Cook (Luke) of Rice; and his grandparents, David Cook (Aggie), Harold and Vivian Ulrich. He is also survived by step-siblings; niece and nephews.
