It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvid Fischer of Sartell, Minnesota, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fischer and Eunice Fischer (Knox); his sister Diane Packard; and his cousin Norman Krey. He is survived by: his wife Melba Wittmayer; his children, Steven, Steve Fischer (Brenda) of Wadena and Angela Lambert (Scott) of Becker; and his brother-in-law Art Packard. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
