He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Maier and Vyneta Maier (Burnett); his siblings, Starla Dawn Maier, Gayland and Joel Maier; his aunt Vicki Wilcox Waltz; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Powell and Chad Dennison.
He is survived by: his wife Kristine Hope Powell; his son Noah; his mother-in-law Cheryl Stigney (David); his siblings-in-law, Lisa Sangineto (Paul), Laura Gladden (Bobby), Collette Tauer and Stephen Dennison (Kristie); his nieces and nephews, Heather Maier, Missy Maier, Shalinda Maier, Alexandria Sherman, Sakari Daluna, Miranda Dennison, Chantel Dennison, Maria Green, Hayley Dennison, Adam Tubbs, Bobby Maier, Teven Anderson, Nate Scott, Aaron Sherman, Bobby Gladden, Ben Gladden, Cole Dennison and Josh Tauer; and his pet Jurnie Hope.
