He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sparks of Sargeant, MN; his daughter Lori Douglas (William Jr.) of Eagan, MN; his grandchildren, Lauren Douglas and William III Douglas (Morgan); his siblings, Clinton Sparks (Wendy) and Arlene McNeil; and his sisters-in-law, Esther Sparks and Jacci Sparks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
