He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Osborn and Helen Osborn of Minneapolis, Minnesota.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Engelby; his sons, Ryan Osborn and Justin Osborn (Kim); his siblings, Bill Osborn (Pat), Janice and Elsie; and his stepchildren, Michael Engelby and Angela Strieter (Dale). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
