He was predeceased by: his mother Rosie Woolard (Henry); and his grandparents, Roy, Una Woolard, Maurice and Helen Henry.
He is survived by: his father David Woolard; his children, Teri Woolard (Bryce Wergeland), Jake Woolard (Alyssa) and Samantha Holtan (David); his grandchildren, Jace Woolard, Beau Woolard, Ryder Holtan and Weston Holtan; and his sisters, Tammy Remer (Dean) and Peggy Gilyard (Tom) of Clear Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
