He was predeceased by: his father Jan Chryn; his brother Joseph; and his brother-in-law Timothy Monson. He is survived by: his mother Weronika Chryn (Deska); his close friend Lori Johnson; his siblings, Jadwiga Monson (Donald), Veronica Monson (Kevin), Mary Monson (Timothy), John and Danny Chryn; and his cousins, Christine Gardner and Stanley Chryn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
