She was predeceased by: her parents, David and Rhonda. She is survived by: her husband Glenn; her children, Jesse and Madeline; her grandchild Sullivan; her pet Bruser; her sister Missy; her nieces, Kenzie and Harper; and her nephew Liam. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for financial support for Katie's funeral expenses.
