He is survived by: his wife Dawn Stafne of Sandstone, MN; his son John, Jr. Stafne (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Alayna Matrious of Sturgeon Lake, Maddy, Jarid and Wyatt; and his siblings, Gary Stafne (Sheila) of Gainesville, MO, Gerald Stafne (Nancy) of Gainesville, MO, Ray Stafne (Cheryl) of Springfield, MO, Tom (Amy) and Carol Ohlinger (John) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; great great nieces.
