It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harley Harry Volk of Sandstone, Minnesota, born in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Volk and Esther Volk (Schultz); his children, Linda and Greg; his grandson David; and his siblings, LeRoy Volk, Lloyd Volk, Harvey Volk, Wally Volk and Darlene Odebraski.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Larry and Laurie; his wife Jeanne Brokaw; his children, Larry Volk of Sandstone Minnesota, Gary Volk (Betty) of Sandstone and Laurie Volk of Lindstrom, Minnesota.; his sister Delores Harmon (Gary) of Mora; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Volk of Sandstone and Doris Volk of Sandstone. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
