He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Sears and Flossie Sears (Eccles); his wife Delores Sears; his son Ronald Sears; and his siblings, Ruth Myrvold, Ruby Miller and Charlie Sears.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Dante Sears; his children, Donnie of Montevideo, MN, Sheryl Sears of Grasston, MN, Lorie Schmidt (Mark) of Gary, SD and Barb Johnson of Ogilvie, MN; and his siblings, Esther Schaefer of Superior, WI, Gene Sears of Sandstone and Albert Sears of Indiana. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
