He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Sean (Kristine), Sarah (Bryan), Travis (Rebbeca), Emily, Joe, Ethan, Michael, Harmony, Heaven, Naya and Lana; and his siblings, Craig, David, Brenda, Janet and Micki. He is also survived by in-laws, nephews, nieces and many good friends.
