It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Simonson of Sanborn, Minnesota, who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph B. Flaig and Estella Flaig (Schouweiler); her husband Robert P. Simonson; her siblings, Delores Essig (Glenard), Donna Neeb (Martin), Francis "Bud" Flaig and Gilbert Flaig; her daughter-in-law LeeAnn Simonson; her granddaughter Eryn Lynn Roiger; and her great grandchild Layla Kate Simonson.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Jr. Simonson (Pat), Cleve Simonson of Sanborn, Valerie Zack (John) of Cloquet and Paula Roiger (Alan) of Sanborn; and her sisters-in-law, Marlene Flaig and Elaine Pechtel (Dennis). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, there will be a private family service held at a later date.
