He is survived by: his mother Janet Fredrickson (Goodrich); his spouse Deb Rogotzke; his son Joshua Fredrickson (Jada); his grandchildren, Lucy and Laurel; his children, Jacob Fredrickson and Alyssa Fredrickson; his former spouse Deb Fredrickson; his siblings, Jeff Fredrickson (Lynn), Renee Kornberg and Jodi Scott (Jeff); his nieces and nephews, Ben and Maddie; and also, Terry, Jenna and Taylor Kornberg.
