He was predeceased by: his parents, John Falk and Alma Falk (Nilsson); his former wife Velma Lieberg; his siblings, Gunnar, Bennie and Ruth; and his siblings-in-law, Lilly Falk, Louise Falk and Gerald Maltais.
He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Christianson; his children, Roger Falk (Ellyn), Bruce Falk (Mary Jo) and Cindy Brandt (Allen); and his grandchildren, Kim Calder, Paulette Stoskopf, Kristin Ellenson, Derek Brandt, Jake Brandt, Allison Thureen and Amy Thureen. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
