He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Butler and Jane Butler (Voll); his sister Roseanne; his in-laws, Maynard and Ellen Cole; and his brother-in-law Gordyn Huerd.
He is survived by: his sons, Dorial (Sarah), Jerome (Mary), Dwayne (Misty) and Allen (Michelle); his great grandchild Arlette; and his siblings, Jimmy (Donna), Glen, John, Mark, Marylou Jenson (Jim) and Julie Schriock. He is also survived by 13 grandsons, 12 granddaughters.
