He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Paggen and Victoria Paggen (Stegura); his former wife Janis Paulsen of Anthony's Catholic Church; and his siblings, Delphine Stoermann, Marilyn Douvier, Kenneth, Dave, Jim, Richard and Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Slivnik; his children, Tammy Paggen of St. Stephen, Randy (Carrie) of St. Stephen and Rusty (Hannah) of St. Stephen; his grandchildren, Monte (Ryan), Trever (Samantha), Britany (Stuart), Nicole "Coley", Benjamin "Little Ben", Easton and Broden; his great grandchildren, Eli and Wyatt; his stepchildren, Erin (Paul), Scott, Mary, Daniel (Tara) and Kyle (Stephanie); his siblings, Millie May, Claudette Czech (Joe), Ronnie (Arlene), Ray (Sandy) and Joe (Diane); and his sister-in-law Janice Paggen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen Parish Hall (103 County Rd 2 S, St Stephen, MN 56375). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (103 County Rd 2 S, St Stephen, MN 56375).
