She was predeceased by: her sister-in-law Gail Westphal. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Westphal; her children, Caleb and Abbigael; her parents, Tony Smisek and Denise Smisek (Scheel); her sister Kathy Brogan; and her brother-in-law Gary Westphal (Debbie).
