She was predeceased by: her brother Ray. She is survived by: her spouse Robert Carter; her son Jim Carter of St. Peter; her sister Lorraine Koponen (Irving) of Brooklyn Center, MN; and her sisters-in-law, Joann Eiserman of Lakeville and Rella Eiserman of Robbinsdale. She is also survived by her husband, parents; two infant daughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the church or a charity of the donor's choice.
