It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Engebretson of Saint Peter, Minnesota, born in Slayton, Minnesota, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Engebretson and Eleanor Engebretson (Viste). He is survived by: his wife Delores "Dee" Carlson; his daughters, Linda Wesolowski (Denne) and Barbara Johnson (Cully); his grandchildren, Erich, Leandra and Signe; his siblings, Judy Follmuth (Harry), Mary Newton (Keven), David Engebretson (Marlys) and Janet Cuperus (Cupe); and his pet Dewey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Habitat for Humanity of Southern Minnesota or the Arts Center of St. Peter.
