He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Jirik and Charlotte Jirik (Schefter). He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Rose Burnett (Taylor) and Emma Jirik; and his sisters, Beth and Anne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
