She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Thomas and Francis Thomas (Simonett); her husband Harold Hobday; her daughter Janet; and her siblings, Mary Coughlan, Jim Thomas, Joan Glynn, Jerry Thomas, Ruth Leighton, Rita Minars, Blaschko, Kathleen Tiede and Jack Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Mervin (Marty) of St. Peter, Mary Stier (Tim) of Belle Plaine, Mike Hobday (Kris) of St. Peter and Mark Hobday (Becky) of Le Sueur; her grandchildren, Brady Mervin (Cassie Hrdlicka), Alex Mervin (Marissa), Matthew Murphy (Tim), Mitchell Stier (Kaitlynn), Josh Hobday, Shannon Hobday and Danny Hobday (Larissa Hein); her great grandchildren, Addison Mervin and Chase Hobday; her sisters, Janet Krenik and Louann Chestnut; and her siblings-in-law, Lenny Tiede, Pete Glynn, Robert Thomas (Diane), Barb Hobday and Marilyn Randolph.
