She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Wilth and Marie Wilth (Becker); and her brother Joseph of St. James. She is survived by: her husband David D. Zender of St. Peter; her children, Elizabeth Sandt (Mike) of Lake Crystal and Mark Zender (Lisa) of Mahtomedi; and her grandchildren, Katy Jones (Matt) of Juneau, Thomas Sandt of Lake Crystal, Madison Zender and Morgan Zender of St. Louis Park.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Joyce's Life will be held at a future date to be announced.
Memorials may be given to Linnaeus Arboretum – Gustavus Adolphus College or Cornerstone United Methodist Church – Building Fund.
