He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ken, Agnes Leonard, Duane and Pat Poehler; his cousins, Michael Flowers and Kim Severson; and his parents, Steven Leonard and Julie Leonard (Poehler).

He is survived by: his son Devan Leonard-Baumann of Kasota. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and other relatives.
