It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Sargent of Saint Peter, Minnesota, born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Patnaude and Myrtle Patnaude (Strand); her husband Darwin Sargent; her son Christopher; and her sister Carol Patnaude.
She is survived by: her brother Bill Patnaude (Scott Veroeven) of Mankato; her children, Mark Sargent (Kathryn) of Mankato, Rick Sargent (Cindy) of St. Peter, Michelle Oachs (Kevin) of Eagle Lake and Amy Brown (Gary) of Eva, TN; her grandchildren, Kristi Vogt, Kyle Brown, Samantha Hansen, Danielle Hansen, Andrew Sargent, Travis Sargent, Kayla Smisek, Thom Sargent, Dustin Sargent, Dylan Sargent, Bradley Sargent and Alex Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Jayse Vogt, Leah Vogt, Arianna Sargent, Evelyn Sargent and Curtis Sargent. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
