He was predeceased by: his child Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Mark (Sandy) of Belle Plaine, Sally Vogel (Neal) of St. Peter and Mary Lark of Faribault; and his grandchildren, Melissa, Mindy, Matt, Gretchen, Alisha and Brianna. He is also survived by his parents, three brothers and four sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
