He is survived by: his children, Howard Putz Jr. (Jill), Kimberly Putz, Melinda Voss (Mike Bock) and Jamie Putz (Cindy); his grandchildren, Julia Whitcomb (Corey), Gordon Putz, Dylan Thomas, Lauren, Mason Reid, Damian, Vincent Ristau, Sabastian Bock, Anthony, Emily and Isabelle Putz; his great grandchildren, Oliver Whitcomb and Sophera Arredondo; and his siblings, Paulette Lotton (Larry) and Larry Putz (Gurene).
