He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Poncin and Mildred Poncin (Hill); his former wife Patricia Barnes; and his brothers, David Poncin and Charles Gary Poncin.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Fitzke; his brother Steven Poncin (Clarice); his children, Pamela Langseth (Dan), John Poncin and Pauline Guetter (Bob); and his grandchildren, Rachel Brang (Tim), Megan Chaffee (Jesse), Bob Guetter Jr. (Kaitlin) and Colin Guetter (Jill). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, stepchildren.
Memorials can be directed toward the Nicollet County Historical Society or Union Presbyterian Church.
