She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Fitterer and Leo Fitterer; her husband Maurie; her in-laws, Art and Mary Thelemann; her siblings, Kay Hodapp, Phillip and Lewis Fitterer; her siblings-in-law, Art, LeRoy, Eugene Thelemann, Larry Ostrowski, Carol Fitterer, Bern Thelemann and Helen Thelemann; her great grandchild Elliot Kelm; her godson Jason Fitterer; her nephew Jeff Hodapp; and her niece Katherine Guettler (Thelemann).
She is survived by: her children, Ann McCabe (Russ) of Sleepy Eye, Mary Engfer (Paul) of New Prague, Tom Thelemann (Cindy) of Kilkenny, Jim Thelemann of Shakopee, Chris Thelemann of Holmen, WI, Pat Thelemann (Kathy) of Prior Lake, Joe Thelemann (Trudy) of St. Peter and Liz Zuniga (Walter) of Excelsior; her brother Joe Fitterer (Kay) of Venice, FL; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Fitterer of Kasson, Eleanor Ostrowski of Duluth, Margaret Taylor of Golden Valley and Rita Thelemann of Edina. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
