Evelyn D. Maas Gunderson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn D. Maas Gunderson (Saint Peter, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 16, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Evelyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Evelyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Huffman and Selma Huffman (Rautio); her husbands, Richard Maas and Glenn Gunderson; and her stepson Brian Gunderson.
She is survived by: her children, Doug (Diane) and Sharon (Frederick); her stepdaughters, Dianne Marth (Don) and Cheryl Ziegler (Tom); her stepdaughter-in-law Mary Gunderson; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Maas and Paul Maas (Marlene). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
