It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Yvonne (Bergstrom) Wimer of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gust Bergstrom and Beda Bergstrom; and her brother E. V. Al Bergstrom. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Wimer and Lynn Wimer (Fritz Hastreiter); and her niece Kathleen Juenemann (Greg).

“I am heartbroken to hear of Vonnie’s passing. I had the privilege of working with Vonnie at Children’s Discovery and Happy Day Preschool and we spent several years teaching preschool together. Vonnie was so kind, warm, generous and was an excellent teacher. She was an amazing mentor and I learned so much from her. And she was a very dear and special. friend who always showed genuine interest in me and my family. I will miss our lunch dates. God Bless You Vonnie.”
