He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gustafson and Adele Gustafson (Hallquist). He is survived by: his brother Steve Gustafson (Eileen McCormick); his niece Grace Gustafson (Matthew Kopp); his nephew McCormick Gustafson (Lauren); his great-niece Violet Lindahl; his cousins, Julie, Jane and Jay; and his friends, Candy, Debbie and Linda.
