He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Eleanor; his sons, Perry and Paul; and his siblings, Bonnie and Kenny.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Marie Kendall and Patty Watkins; his daughter-in-law Jean Watkins; and his brother Bob Watkins (Kay). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
