It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Richard Freeman of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Rowena; and his sister Rowena "Ronnie". He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kroiss; his son Michael (Laura); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Megan; his brother George (Lucy); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Kroiss (Sue) and Sandy Lovick (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
