He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Casey and Johanna Casey (Kopka); and his siblings, Francis, Margaret "Sis" Yahnke, Doloris and Beatrice Stangl.

He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Karels (Gene), Mary Catherine Carr (David) and Dennis Casey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
