He was predeceased by: his wife Ione; his stepson James (Isobel); and his siblings, Lorraine, Bernice, Eunice, Wayne and Neil.
He is survived by: his stepson Arthur Jones (Linda); and his daughter Joan Nienaber (Dan). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
