He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Adam (Vicky), Chris (Tomi), Amber and Ryan (Natalie); his grandchildren, Jay, Lexi, Lyssa (Blondie), Jazi, Cassy, Tucker and Zoey; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; many cousins; extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
