She was predeceased by: her husband Luigi Gino; her son Sam; her parents, Gennaro Petrucci and Amalia Falese Petrucci; and her siblings, Antonio, Gaspar "Jack" and Luigia.
She is survived by: her children, Rudy (Jill), Josie Nemetz (Mike), Nick (Anna), Gino (Teresa) and Maryanne Fortuna (Matt); her daughter-in-law Elyse; her sister Ada; and her grandchildren, Gina, Thomas, Marc, Harry, Nicholas, Dominic, Rudy, Natalie, Joseph, Mike, Angela, Dante, Anna, Grace, Gino, Frank, Rosabella, Nina, Gabriella and Michael. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends in Italy, Chicago, and the Twin.
