He is survived by: his mother Marlene Odegard of Richfield; his wife Marta; his children, Evan, Marcos, Maria and Nicolas; his brothers, Larry Odegard (Susan) and Lance Odegard (Elisa); his brother-in-law David Legg; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Odegard (Teri), Kristina Geye (Hunter), Caitlin Sinnett (Will), Galya Legg, Ashley Odegard and Matthew Odegard; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Megan, Aria, Archer, Everett, Julia and Theodore.
