He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Tom Jr. and John; and his siblings, Michael and Frances Wallraff.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Welter (Bob); his daughters-in-law, Grace Meininger and Andrea Poeschl; his grandchildren, Jacob, Nick, Hanna, Wade, Ryan, Lan and Samantha; and his sisters, Mary Ann Anderson and Doris O'Neill. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of the Assumption (51 7th St W, St Paul, MN 55102). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
