He was predeceased by: his father Maurice E. Ethen; his siblings, Maurice D., John and LuAnne Aamodt; and his niece Jessica Jenson.
He is survived by: his mother Eva Ethen (Sand); and his siblings, Joan Hines (Raymond), Jean Jenson (Jack), Chrisann Jones (Donald), Daniel (Charlene) and Peter (Carolyn). He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Terry's memory to the charity of choice.
