“Terry and I go way back. Our birthdays are close. Our mothers were in the hospital together. Then there was hanging out in High School, and working summers together at the City of Waterloo. Many adventures, including hitchhiking. I became a bit peripatetic after leaving Iowa in the 80s. Eventually, my social connections moved online, and as far as I know, he did not. We lost touch. I did not know he was sick. Condolences, Cherie, and all the family and friends.”
