She is survived by: her husband Randy Mann; her children, Eric, Allison Mann, Greg, Bethanie Mann, Emily Mann and John Milam; her grandchildren, Bennett, Carter and Margaret; her mother Janet Applequist; and her siblings, Cindy Trousdale (Jim), John (Jane) and Gary Applequist. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends, and coworkers.
