She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kish and Sylvia Kish; her husband John Fulmek; and her daughters, Betty Lou Partlow and Helen Marie Partlow.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eloise Echart, Robert Kish, Richard Kish and Ronald Kish; and her children, Kenneth Robert Partlow Ruthford, Gary Warren Partlow, Douglas Franklin Phipps and Bobbie Louise Batchelder. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
