It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Stanley Tilsen of Saint Paul, Minnesota, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Tilsen; his parents, Edward Tilsen and Esther Tilsen; and his siblings, Mirel Marvy, Benjamin L. Tilsen, Jean Brust and Kenneth E. Tilsen.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Faye Tilsen; and his children, Scott (Linda), James (Deanna Wiener), Laurie (Randall Bell), Janie and Jon-Jay (Ihrie Means). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and their spouses; and 12 great-grandchildren.
