He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Sorteberg and Gertrude Sorteberg; and his great grandchild Eloise Rose Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen R. Sorteberg; his children, Theresa Sorteberg, Gloria Trupe (Randy), David Sorteberg (Jill Beguhn) and Carleen Peterson (Brad); and his siblings, Edward Sorteberg, John Sorteberg (Shirley) and Marleen Zechmeister (Ron). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
