He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Sean Kaufhold (Autumn), Tony Kaufhold (Jenny) and Meggan Bjorklund; his stepson Daniel Mundy; his sisters, Marie Kohout, Cindy Menden Engel (Bob) and Theresa Niesen (Dan); his mother-in-law Jackie Dziuk; his siblings-in-law, Tom Dziuk (Susan), Bruce Dziuk (Theresa), Scott Dziuk, Brent Dziuk (Gulsha) and Brenda Latourelle; and his pets, Tyler and Carter. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
