He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Marilyn; and his siblings, Scott and Brenda. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Brian (Ebony), Todd (Ashley) and Kimberly; and his siblings, Dale (Diane), Doug, Jeff (Shannon) and Darla. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many other close friends and family.
